59 Wale Street is to be renovated

Plans have been submitted and work will start soon on changing the facade of the well known Jan S Marais House on the corner of Buitengracht and Wale Street.

On the ground floor two shops of 100 m2 each will be created in place of the current parking garage, and a small 20 m2 boutique shop.

On the first floor the existing offices have their own entrance.

“We believe the building will be received more positively since the Coral International Hotel has opened,” says Marcel Hoogebeen of Immo Invest, the agency marketing the building.
