Chapel Towers development on track for completion by year-end

The Chapel Towers development in Zonnebloem is on track for completion by the end of 2019.

Construction of Asrin Property Developers’ Chapel Towers development in Zonnebloem, Cape Town, is on track with practical completion set for the end of 2019 and occupation scheduled for early 2020.

“Ideally located, within easy reach of the amenities and attractions that consistently place Cape Town among the world’s most desirable cities, Chapel Towers takes urban living to new heights,” says Rehana Moosa, Asrin’s marketing executive.

The 10 storey high building has two basement parking levels and a ground-level parking area, and offers panoramic views of Table Mountain across the central business district and the harbour.

“Chapel Towers is the perfect option for up-and-coming young executives or young families getting on their feet or retired couples looking to downscale. It is ideally suited to movers-and-shakers looking to call the Mother City their home. Set against the backdrop of Table Mountain, it also offers investors the opportunity to buy into Africa’s finest real estate market, where the growth in property values over recent years has been phenomenal,” says Moosa.

Only a few units are still available in the Chapel Towers development where two bedroom apartments are priced between R2.18 million and R2.6m including VAT and no transfer duty payable.

The ground-floor units range in size from 60m2to 107m2which includes exclusive use areas covered with eco-lawn or similar. The other units are sized from 51m2to 70m2including balconies.

“Designed to maximise light and space, the apartment interiors combine form and function with immaculate attention to detail and superb views. Finishes and fittings include engineered stone kitchen countertops, Smeg appliances, porcelain floor tiles, Grohe bathroom fittings and air-conditioning in the top floor apartments,” says Moosa.

“All units are Wi-Fi- and DStv-enabled and the complex has access control with a ground-floor reception area, underground parking, gym and laundry facilities. Other features include planted areas and a roof-top lifestyle deck with a swimming pool and outdoor entertainment area.”

She says Chapel Towers’ design also takes account of people’s growing environmental awareness by incorporating a number of green features, such as PV solar panel geysers, which are designed to cut utility bills by reducing water and electricity consumption while minimising the development’s overall environmental footprint.
