Spire Property Management recently secured two new management contracts.

“The first property is Harrington House, a 13 000 m2 building on the corner of Barrack and Buitenkant streets, next to the police station in the Cape Town CBD,” says Spire general manager, Marc Edwards. “It is owned by a private company and is occupied predominantly by tenants in the textile industry, but is also a prime location for tenants that want CBD office space at affordable rentals starting from R50 a square metre.”

The other management contract is for Millside Park, an industrial property in Ndabeni, near Pinelands with industrial rentals of R35 a square metre and retail rentals of R65 a square metre.
