Klipfontein Farm Lifestyle Estate launches in Malmesbury

The Multi Spectrum Property (MSP) group of companies – developer of the award-winning Buh-Rein Estate in Brackenfell – is now developing Klipfontein Farm Lifestyle Estate, a modern rural farm-like lifestyle estate in Malmesbury.

MSP chief executive, Riaan Roos, says: “Telecommuting is becoming more commonplace, and people realising that peace, fresh air, space and a slower pace are very covetable. The first of Klipfontein Farm Lifestyle Estate’s product releases is Olive Place at Klipfontein Farm. This will include 90 spacious simplex homes, 49 in phase one and 41 in phase two, with two interior mood choices by B-sense Interior Design: Thunder and Grounding.

These freestanding homes offer eight different styles to choose from, ranging in size from 119 m2 to 140 m2, and have either two bedrooms and one bathroom, or three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All include a patio with built-in braai, and a single garage, with high-quality finishing options. Pricing is from R1 339 900, with no transfer duty. Two showhouses are nearing completion.

There is no limit on the age of buyers in Fonteine Village, but occupants must be at least 50. All homes are fitted with an integrated Demux system which provides internet access, DSTV connectivity and an on-call facility.

The Clubhouse at Fonteine will include consulting areas, a dining room, a lounge, a ladies’ bar and braai areas, allowing residents to enjoy a full range of services and social amenities.
