A new forty-unit retirement development in the Knysna town centre was launched recently by Lew Geffen Sotheby’s International Realty.

The apartments will be priced from R950 000 to R2.795 million, and levies will vary from R1 200 to R1 500 a month. Owners have a choice of garaging options for vehicles at an additional cost. Apartments may be owned by anyone but only those over 50 may occupy them.
