Two new Cape Town sectional title projects designed by Gerd Weideman Architects are being marketed by Greeff Properties’ City Bowl branch.
Nine of the units have been sold at The Balinrobe, off High Level Road in Sea Point. This development is scheduled for completion in October, says Tony Bredenkamp of Greeff Properties.
“The Balinrobe consists of 15 one and two-bedroom units and two penthouses on six floors, and a parking basement. The site is only 10 minutes from the city centre and has magnificent sea views. A typical two bedroom, two bathroom flat with an open plan living/dining area and balcony (with a pool) will have 120m² of floor area. The 125m² one bedroom units are priced at R1,995 million, and the two 219m² double storey penthouses cost R5 million each.”
The second development, Higgofirs Manor in Firdale Road, Higgovale, is due to be completed in the third quarter of 2011. It consists of 34 studio, one, two and three-bedroom units on five floors, and a large parking basement. Studios are priced at R1,216 million, and the two and three bedroom units are priced from R2,392 to R5,84 million. One bedroom flats cost R1,5 to R2 million.
