Assmang’s new Saldanha offices.

Annenberg Property Group recently completed an R8 million turnkey development in Saldanha Bay for mining house, Assmang Ltd.

“Assmang commissioned us to find office accommodation in the town, and believe it or not we were unable to find any existing office space,” says Dudley Annenberg.

“We suggested that we build new offices to suit their requirements, and we secured a site close to the harbour on which we built a tailor-made building, including furnishing. The building was designed by Architect Christof Albertyn and built on time by OHB Construction.”

Annenberg is also marketing serviced industrial land in Saldanha and Vredenburg, sized from R800m2.
