Gil Ben-David chief executive and founder of Mor Property Investments commercial property brokers, has negotiated and concluded a three-years lease for a 176m2 retail unit in Century Square, Century City, on behalf of Quantum Leap Consulting.

The rental achieved was R95/m2 plus parking, plus VAT.
