A smallholding with a house designed by Stefan Antoni is for sale in the Jonkershoek Valley near Stellenbosch.

Topas is a 4.3ha farm 3.5km from the centre of town. The property is for sale at R27.25 million through Pam Golding Properties.

PGP’s area manager for Stellenbosch, Louise Varga, says the lifestyle farm has views of the surrounding mountain peaks and deep valleys. Owners can keep horses and cultivate small crops if they wish, without shouldering the hassle and risk of a full-sized farm.

PGP’s MD for the Boland and Overberg regions, Annien Borg, says the main homestead was completed in 1998 to an open-plan design under thatch.
