Hibernian Towers on the Strand beachfront

Seeff Properties in Strand is marketing the last apartments in the recently completed Hibernian Towers on the Strand beachfront at special prices. Regular prices range from R1,55 million for a 60 m² studio unit with sea views to R 12 million for a duplex penthouse villa. Seeff has negotiated a limited special offer with the developer, and studios now cost R999 000, three bedroom units that previously cost R3,8 million are selling at R2,499 million, and two-bedroom units that cost R2,5 million are going for R1,75 million. The 22-storey Hibernian Towers consists of eight residential towers above a shopping centre at ground level, and offices on the second floor.
